By accepting these terms, you expressly release, discharge, and hold harmless VehicleLogix, a DBA of Esparco Ventures LLC, and its owners, operators, contributors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, costs, or expenses of any kind — whether known or unknown — arising from or related to your use of this product or any decisions made in reliance upon its content. This release includes but is not limited to claims arising from vehicle purchases, financing agreements, trade-in transactions, dealer interactions, private party transactions, and any financial outcomes resulting therefrom.
4User Assumes Full Responsibility
You acknowledge and agree that all vehicle purchasing decisions, financing decisions, negotiation strategies, and related actions are made entirely at your own risk and at your own discretion. VehicleLogix is a tool to assist your independent research and decision-making — not a substitute for it. You are solely responsible for verifying all information, conducting your own due diligence, and consulting licensed professionals where appropriate.
5Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of VehicleLogix and Esparco Ventures LLC to you for any claim arising from the use of this product shall not exceed the amount paid by you for access to VehicleLogix. Under no circumstances shall VehicleLogix or Esparco Ventures LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9Acceptance of Terms
By initialing and submitting the acceptance form, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you have read and understood these Terms of Use and Release of Liability in their entirety, and that you voluntarily and knowingly agree to be bound by them. A copy of your acceptance including your initials, email address, and date/time stamp will be sent to the email address you provide.
